Mattiroli Associati staff is guided by the following people:
	Alfredo Mattiroli Chairman, from Como, whose family had dedicated itself to the art of silk for three generations, decided to use his personal experience of thirty years as Sales and General Manager of famous Groups such as Somma, Hitman/ Cerruti Group, Hilton/Vestimenta Group, Icap, Igi and Umberto Ginocchietti to create an Advice Agency specialising in the field of fashion. He personally supervises head hunting and co-ordinates all the company activities.

	Barbara Mattiroli Head of Personnel Recruitment; after international jobs in London and Paris and a specialisation course for Recruiters at the University Carlo Cattaneo of Castellanza, she became a partner at Mattiroli Associati in 1990. Her main job is to recruit product, production and sales managers in the field of clothing, textiles and luxury goods.

	Cristina Mattiroli Head of Licensing and Agent Recruitment; after training in a company in Milan specialised in advertising, she became a partner at Mattiroli Associati in 1991, and she is in charge of the sales network structure in Italy and overseas and she also recruits licensees. She is responsible in particular for the organisation of Licensing, Agent Recruitment, Mergers and Acquisitions.

	Maria Teresa Ielmini Head of Administration and Finance; after various posts in well-established companies in the field of textiles and clothing, she has been in charge of the administrative/financial side of Mattiroli Associati since its foundation and is the company’s Managing Director.
